Delete AuraRise Data

Request deletion of data associated with AuraRise: Meditations or the AuraRise experience in ChatGPT.

AuraRise is provided by iHart Enterprises, LLC. AuraRise does not require a traditional username-and-password account, but the mobile app may maintain an anonymous identifier and associated data.

Request deletion in the mobile app

Open AuraRise: Meditations.
Open Settings.
Select Delete Account.
Review the notice and confirm your request.

Request deletion from the web

Email Support@AuraRiseApp.com from an address where we can reply. Use the subject line AuraRise Data Deletion Request and tell us whether your request concerns the mobile app, AuraRise in ChatGPT, or both.

Email a deletion request

For security, we may ask for limited information needed to locate the correct data and verify that the request belongs to you. Do not email passwords, payment-card numbers, government identifiers, or medical records.

What we delete

After verification, we delete or de-identify data that we can associate with your request, including applicable:

Mobile meditation preferences, generated titles and audio, and Library metadata.
App settings, credit-balance records, and anonymous operational identifiers.
ChatGPT meditation prompts, generation records, engagement events, and stored audio that we can associate with you.
Support information that is not required to document or complete the request.

What may be retained

We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for up to 90 additional days before being overwritten. We may retain limited transaction, fraud-prevention, security, support, and deletion-request records when reasonably necessary to comply with law, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, or document completion of the request. Aggregated or de-identified data that can no longer reasonably identify you may also be retained.

Apple App Store and Google Play purchase records are controlled by those companies and are not deleted by AuraRise. Please contact the applicable store regarding data it controls.

Subscriptions are separate

Deleting AuraRise data or uninstalling the app does not cancel a paid subscription. Cancel separately through the Apple App Store or Google Play account used to purchase the subscription.
