Program Terms
The rules for referrals, commissions, disclosures, payouts, and participation in the AuraRise Creator Partner Program.
Effective: August 11, 2026
1. Program Purpose
The AuraRise Creator Partner Program (the “Program”) allows approved creators to promote AuraRise using an assigned referral link and creator code and to earn commissions from qualified paying subscribers attributed to them under these Program Terms.
2. Application, Eligibility, and Approval
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. You must provide accurate application, contact, tax, and payment information. Applying does not guarantee acceptance. AuraRise may approve, reject, pause, or request more information about an application in its reasonable discretion.
You may not promote yourself as an AuraRise Creator Partner until you receive written approval and an active referral code. Program availability may be limited by country, payment capability, legal requirements, or platform restrictions.
3. Creator Access and Onboarding
After approval and acceptance of these Program Terms, AuraRise may provide Creator with complimentary Creator Plus access for an initial 90-day term, beginning when AuraRise activates the benefit after account verification. Creator must download AuraRise, sign in with Apple, and not select a subscription plan or start a free trial. Creator must provide AuraRise the email associated with that Apple sign-in so AuraRise can locate and verify the correct account.
No payment method, trial enrollment, or Apple subscription is required for complimentary Creator Plus access. Access is personal, non-transferable, has no cash value, may not be shared or resold, and is subject to these Program Terms. AuraRise may delay activation if it cannot verify the correct account.
During an active 90-day term, AuraRise intends to provide 25 meditation credits at activation and 25 additional credits around days 31 and 61. Credits are promotional, have no cash value, may not be transferred, and may be adjusted or withheld for misuse, termination, or material breach.
4. Key Definitions
- Qualified Paying Subscriber: a legitimate new customer attributed to your valid creator code who completes a successful paid AuraRise subscription transaction that is not refunded, reversed, disputed, charged back, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible.
- Net Subscription Revenue: subscription revenue AuraRise actually receives after app-store or payment-platform commissions, transaction taxes withheld by the platform, refunds, reversals, disputes, and chargebacks. AuraRise operating expenses, including hosting and content-generation costs, are not deducted.
- Eligible Revenue: Net Subscription Revenue generated during a referral’s Commission Eligibility Period.
- Commission Eligibility Period: the 12-month period beginning on a Qualified Paying Subscriber’s first successful paid transaction. Commission accrues only for active paid subscription time within that period.
5. Commission Rates and Permanent Tiers
| Tier | Requirement | Rate |
|---|---|---|
| Starting | Upon approval | 15% |
| Growth | 10 Qualified Paying Subscribers | 20% |
| Partner | 25 Qualified Paying Subscribers | 25% |
Once earned and confirmed, the 20% and 25% tiers are permanent while your Program account remains in good standing. A higher rate applies only to Eligible Revenue processed after AuraRise confirms the milestone; it does not retroactively increase commissions on earlier transactions.
6. Twelve-Month Commission Period
For a monthly subscriber, commission may accrue on successful monthly payments occurring during the Commission Eligibility Period. If the subscriber cancels, no commission accrues after paid access ends. If the subscriber later resumes payment within the same 12-month period, commission may resume for eligible payments remaining in that period.
For an annual subscriber, the applicable commission rate is applied to eligible Net Subscription Revenue from the first annual payment. That payment covers the referral’s first 12 paid months. A renewal processed on or after the first anniversary is not commissionable for that referral.
7. Referral Attribution
The creator code recorded by AuraRise before a customer’s first trial or paid subscription transaction is the source of truth for individual commission attribution. Campaign links and aggregated app-store reports may be used as secondary marketing checks but do not independently establish a right to commission.
If more than one valid creator code is recorded before the first payment, the most recent valid code controls. After the first successful payment, attribution is permanent for the Commission Eligibility Period and may not be reassigned except to correct a documented technical or administrative error. AuraRise may reject retroactive claims when no valid code was recorded before payment.
8. Trials, Cancellations, Refunds, and Other Exclusions
Free trials do not earn commission unless and until they convert to a successful paid transaction. No commission is earned on free access, complimentary plans, refunded periods, canceled unpaid periods, family or household self-referrals, duplicate or fraudulent accounts, test transactions, reversals, disputes, or chargebacks.
Previously approved commissions remain valid after an ordinary subscriber cancellation, but no new commission accrues after the subscriber’s paid access ends.
9. Reports and Calculations
AuraRise’s records from its subscription-management, payment, app-store, referral, and fraud-prevention systems control Program calculations absent a clear documented error. Estimated or pending amounts are not payable until approved after the refund-hold period. You must report a suspected calculation error within 60 days after the relevant statement or payout.
10. Thirty-Day Hold and Monthly Payouts
Each commission remains pending for at least 30 days after the underlying transaction to allow for refunds, disputes, chargebacks, and validation. Approved commissions are paid monthly after your payable balance reaches at least $25. Balances below $25 roll forward.
Payments are generally made in U.S. dollars using a payment method supported by AuraRise. You are responsible for providing valid payout details and any requested tax documentation. AuraRise may delay payment while information is incomplete, a transaction is under review, or payment is legally restricted. You are responsible for your own taxes, fees, and reporting obligations.
11. Initial Deliverables, Renewal, and Access Changes
Within 14 days after Creator Plus activation, Creator must publish at least one Reel or feed post and two Story frames promoting AuraRise. Each endorsement must comply with these Program Terms, including the disclosure requirements below. AuraRise may end complimentary access early if Creator does not complete these initial deliverables, misuses the service, or materially breaches these Program Terms.
At the end of the initial term, renewal of complimentary access is entirely discretionary and may depend on activity, compliance, audience fit, and program needs. Non-renewal or early termination of complimentary access does not automatically terminate Creator's Program participation or eliminate otherwise valid commissions.
12. Honest Endorsements and Required Disclosures
Your statements must reflect your honest opinions and actual experience. You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection to AuraRise in every promotional communication where the relationship may not otherwise be obvious. A disclosure should be easy to notice and understand and placed with the endorsement—not hidden in a profile, after “more,” or among unrelated hashtags.
Acceptable language may include “I’m an AuraRise partner and may earn a commission if you subscribe through my link” or similarly clear wording. You must follow the U.S. Federal Trade Commission Endorsement Guides and all laws, rules, and platform policies that apply to you and your audience.
13. Content and Claim Standards
You may describe AuraRise accurately and share your genuine experience. You may not make false, misleading, unsubstantiated, or guaranteed claims, including claims that AuraRise treats or cures anxiety, depression, insomnia, trauma, or any medical or mental-health condition; guarantees income, abundance, career results, or manifestation outcomes; or replaces professional care or advice.
You may not misstate prices, trial terms, subscription renewal, cancellation rules, credit limits, app availability, earnings potential, or Program terms. If AuraRise provides approved claims or required disclaimers, you must use them as directed.
14. Reviews and Ratings
Complimentary access and commissions are not offered in exchange for a positive App Store, Google Play, website, or social-media review. You may not require, purchase, fabricate, manipulate, or incentivize positive reviews or ratings. Any review you choose to leave must be honest and must disclose your material connection when required.
15. Prohibited Promotion Methods
You may not use spam, unsolicited bulk messages, deceptive redirects, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, adware, malware, fake accounts, impersonation, misleading domains, unauthorized coupon or deal listings, trademark infringement, or any unlawful or platform-prohibited method. You may not bid on “AuraRise,” confusingly similar marks, or AuraRise-branded search terms in paid search or app-store advertising without prior written permission.
You may not represent that you are an employee, agent, spokesperson, or authorized representative of AuraRise. You may not create obligations for AuraRise or negotiate on AuraRise’s behalf.
16. Brand and Intellectual Property
AuraRise grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license during active participation to use approved AuraRise names, links, logos, screenshots, and promotional materials solely to promote AuraRise under these Program Terms. You may not alter the brand in a misleading way, register confusingly similar names, or claim ownership.
You retain ownership of your original content. AuraRise will request permission before using your content outside ordinary platform functions such as reposting content in which AuraRise is tagged or mentioned. Any broader paid-media, editing, or licensing use requires a separate agreement or written permission.
17. Fraud, Self-Referral, and Audit
Self-referrals and referrals involving the same person, household, payment method, device, or coordinated accounts may be reviewed and disqualified. AuraRise may investigate suspicious traffic, request reasonable supporting information, withhold disputed amounts during review, reverse improperly credited commissions, and offset validated overpayments against future balances.
18. Monitoring and Corrective Action
AuraRise may reasonably monitor public promotional content for compliance. If content is inaccurate, misleading, noncompliant, or harmful to the brand or users, you must promptly correct or remove it after notice. Serious or repeated violations may result in suspension or termination.
19. Term and Termination
Either party may end participation at any time by written notice. Upon ordinary termination, your code will stop accepting new attribution. Valid pre-termination referrals may continue earning through their existing Commission Eligibility Period, subject to these Program Terms.
If AuraRise terminates for fraud, unlawful conduct, material misrepresentation, prohibited promotion, or another material breach, AuraRise may cancel unpaid ineligible commissions and stop future accrual to the extent reasonably connected to the violation. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including payment adjustments, taxes, intellectual property, confidentiality of nonpublic information, limitations, and dispute provisions—will survive.
20. Program Changes
AuraRise may modify the Program or these Program Terms by posting an updated version and, for material changes, providing reasonable notice through email or the Program channel then in use. Changes apply prospectively unless required by law or needed to address fraud, security, or abuse. A confirmed permanent tier will not be reduced solely because the general milestone structure later changes, although the Program itself may be suspended or discontinued.
21. Independent Contractor
You participate as an independent contractor. These Program Terms do not create employment, agency, franchise, joint venture, fiduciary, or legal partnership. You control how and when you create content, subject to these Program Terms, and are responsible for your expenses, equipment, insurance, permits, and taxes.
22. No Earnings Guarantee
AuraRise does not guarantee acceptance, traffic, conversions, subscribers, commission amounts, or income. Results depend on factors including audience fit, content, platform distribution, subscription conversion, retention, refunds, and compliance.
23. Disclaimer and Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Program, tracking, reports, links, codes, and complimentary access are provided “as is” and “as available.” AuraRise does not warrant uninterrupted operation or error-free attribution. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraRise and its owners, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from the Program. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply.
24. General Terms
These Program Terms, the AuraRise Privacy Policy, and any written approval or program-specific addendum constitute the agreement regarding the Program. If a conflict exists, a signed addendum controls, followed by these Program Terms. You may not assign participation without written permission. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
25. Contact and Electronic Acceptance
Questions and notices about the Program may be sent to Support@AuraRiseApp.com. AuraRise may require separate electronic acceptance before activating a creator code. Keep a copy of the version you accept.
